SAFETY
Safety is paramount at all FIGHTNIGHT Events. As a full-contact sport, boxing demands a carefully structured and professionally managed approach to minimise risk.
All training and competition are supervised by qualified coaches, officials, and medical professionals, with regular assessments throughout your preparation. We operate under International White Collar Boxing Association (IWCBA) advisory guidelines and follow stringent medical protocols aligned with England Boxing and US Boxing standards. Your wellbeing is our priority from first session to final bell.
IWCBA
The International White Collar Boxing Association (IWCBA) is a recognised sanctioning body that helped formalise white-collar boxing by introducing clear rules, safety standards, and bout structures for non-professional fighters.
Established to bring credibility and consistency to charity and corporate fight nights, IWCBA set early benchmarks for medical checks, matchmaking, and event governance. Its framework helped transform white-collar boxing into a safer, more professional, and widely accepted FIGHTNIGHT experience.

What will training be like?
Expect a challenging but rewarding journey. Training runs over several weeks with sessions in evenings or weekends. You’ll build fitness, technique, and confidence alongside fellow contenders. Attendance of at least half of sessions is required to prepare safely.
What kit do I need?
You’ll need 16oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a gum shield for training. On FIGHTNIGHT you’ll also need boxing shorts and a groin guard. We provide vests, head guards, and appropriate protective gear during the event.
Do I need to attend weigh-ins and meetings?
Yes, a registration meeting and final weigh-in are essential. These help with communication, preparation, and matching you with a fair opponent.
Who will I fight?

What about tickets?
Participants are encouraged to sell tickets to family and friends to create an electric atmosphere and help cover event costs. Ticket details are shared closer to the show.
