ALAN LACEY is the founder of FIGHTNIGHT Events and the UK pioneer of white-collar boxing. He introduced the concept from the United States in 2000, working closely with Bruce Silverglade of the legendary Gleason's Gym in New York. Since then, Alan has produced more than 120 boxing events, collectively raising millions of pounds for charitable causes.

He previously founded and ran a highly regarded training facility in London's EC2, attracting hundreds of City professionals. With deep connections across the international boxing and celebrity worlds, Alan has created rare opportunities for participants to train with elite champions including Lennox Lewis, David Haye, Roy Jones Jr and Carl Froch. He also co-produced the BBC's Celebrity Boxing Series, helping shape and inspire the global growth of white-collar boxing.
